ResolveAliasMBS(data as string,rel as folderitem,allowdialogs as boolean) as folderitem

Function: Resolves a folderitem from a binary string.
Example: 
dim f,r as folderitem
dim s as string

r=getfolderitem("") // relative to application path
f=ResolveAliasMBS(s,r,true)
Notes: On Mac only resolves if the data is an Aliashandle and on Windows if the data is a path.
