isFileMappingAvailableMBS as boolean
global method, Filemapping, MBS Util Plugin (Filemapping), Mac OS X: Works, Windows: Does nothing, Linux x86: Works, Feedback.

Function: Checks whether Filemapping is installed.
Example:
if not isFileMappingAvailableMBS then
msgbox "Sorry. You don't have File Mapping. Turn on virtual memory and make sure you have Mac OS 9.1 or newer."
end if

Notes: Asks the Gestalt Manager if File Mapping is Installed.

Some examples using this method:

Function: Checks whether Filemapping can be made available.
Example:
if not isFileMappingPossibleMBS then
msgbox "Sorry. Please upgrade to Mac OS 9.1 or newer."
end if

Notes:
This function looks if you need to turn on virtual memory to enable File mapping.
On Carbon this function returns true, although the class can make FilemappingMBS on its own without the MacOS helping.
