Function: Sets the scanner parameters.
Notes:
Pass in a CFDictionaryMBS or a CFMutableDictionaryMBS object.
Lasterror is set.

The dictionary that is used for the ICAScannerSetParameter call should contain the
following entry:

userScanArea

dictionary, that contains information about the scan area, scan mode, ...

The userScanArea dictionary contains the following:

colorMode	specifies the color mode for the next scan. Possible values are: cmRGBSpace or cmGraySpace
bitDepth	Number of bits per channel. Allowed values are:
	8 for cmRGBSpace (color RGB)
	8 for cmGraySpace (gray)
	1 for cmGraySpace (black&white)
resolutionX	specifies the x-resolution for the next scan
resolutionY	specifies the y-resolution for the next scan
offsetX	x-offset of the rect to scan
offsetY	y-offset of the rect to scan
width	width of the rect to scan
height	height of the rect to scan

NOTE: The values for offsetX, offsetY, width, and height are specified in the devices native scan resolution.
